The bedrooms offer comfortable king and queen beds with fresh linens, closet space, and select bedrooms have Smart TVs. The bathroom includes fresh towels, starter toiletries, and a hair dryer. This home is pet-friendly and offers free parking. Indoor and outdoor games are available for all ages. This retreat is ideally located near Downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and Grand Canyon University. Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights, 11pm on weekends, and end at 8am. There is a $500.00 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. You will be fined $500 if you violate the strict no-smoking policy indoors or in the community, plus the additional cost of an ozone machine to remove the smell. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Guests will be charged accordingly if any personal property is damaged, lost, or stolen, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up. There will be a $100 charge to replace any missing games or remotes. Guests may not unplug, disable, remove, or tamper with any property devices, including but not limited to Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, smoke detectors, and security devices. Unauthorized tampering will result in a $100 fee and may lead to the termination of the reservation without refund. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $60.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. No shoes to be worn inside the home, especially on carpeted areas.
