The basement/Level 1 features a den and back patio with a private hot tub. Enjoy a stocked coffee bar, a kayak, SUP board, and water mat. Guests have access to a private covered boat slip at the community dock, located just 0.25 miles from the home. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. A pack 'n play is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur fees. This is a non-smoking property. No parties are allowed. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
