This property is dog-friendly, allowing a maximum of three dogs with a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Unauthorized dogs or cats will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
