The fully equipped kitchen and dining table ensure everyone can be part of the fun. Outside, enjoy the front or back patios, complete with a grill, seating, string lights, hammocks, and a custom-made Arkansas sign for photo opportunities. Free parking is available for five cars, with no parking allowed on the concrete pad in the backyard. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Fayetteville, home to the University of Arkansas, boasts amazing local restaurants, shops, and popular bike trails. Whether visiting the University or exploring local eateries, there's something for everyone. Located right by the college campus, public transit, bike trail access, and ride-share options are available for easy transportation. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
