The home is capped at 9 guests, and any extra guests must be cleared before booking. Only registered guests are allowed at the house, and any visitors need to be disclosed and approved first. Do not park under the house; use the driveway only and steer clear of the pilings. If guests are asked to leave for bad behavior, there is no refund for lost nights.
