The vacation home is a newer build with a charming and picturesque exterior and a 2-car garage to park your car away from the sun. Inside, the high-end finishes are stunning and the open-concept design makes the space feel bright and spacious. The living area has beautiful décor, comfy furniture, and lots of warmth. The kitchen is spacious and completely open to the main area, beautifully designed with custom cabinets, gorgeous countertops, and modern tile backsplash. It comes equipped with everything you need, from cookware to utensils. The kitchen has a breakfast area and barstools at the counter, and the dining room has space for more people to eat together among the warm décor. The 5 spacious bedrooms offer plenty of room for a large group to comfortably spread out, with comfy, high-end furniture covered with lavish linens. The master bath has designer ceramics, a jetted garden tub, a huge walk-in shower, and a double vanity. You’ll also be able to use the laundry room. The outdoor space is fully fenced for privacy, with an outdoor dining area under a large covered patio, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a gorgeous custom pool. The home offers a 2-car garage for parking. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability, and may include a small additional fee. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Situated in a highly sought-after neighborhood in Rowlett, the vacation home is in a growing upscale community located right by Lake Ray Hubbard. There is a special Bass Pro Shop located 10 minutes away by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. Many local parks and trails are nearby. You’ll be 40 minutes from DFW Airport and less than 30 minutes from downtown Dallas. A short drive away are popular Dallas attractions like the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, The Sixth Floor Museum, JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark and Waterview Golf Club are 10 minutes away. The Rowlett Creek Preserve offers a 15.6-mile-long trail, and Lakeside Park features hiking trails that wrap around the lake. Firewheel Town Center in neighboring Garland offers an open-air shopping complex with shops, entertainment, and restaurant options. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room 5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Pets should be discussed in advance; only house-trained pets are allowed, and they should be kept off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. The fireplace is wood burning, and for safety reasons, wood is not provided and guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, ensuring a good neighbor policy. The house is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay. Self-check-in is available, with detailed instructions provided one day before arrival. Our team is available 24/7 for assistance. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. A laptop computer is not included.
