The 5 spacious bedrooms offer plenty of room for a large group to comfortably spread out, with high-end furniture and lavish linens. The master bath includes designer ceramics, a jetted garden tub, a huge walk-in shower, and a double vanity. A laundry room is available for your convenience. The outdoor space includes a fully fenced yard, an outdoor dining area under a large covered patio, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a custom pool. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. A short drive away from popular Dallas attractions like the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark and Waterview Golf Club are 10 minutes away.
