The comfortable and convenient open-concept living area allows you to prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher, along with plates, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. Relax in the lovely living room, which features a snug sofa with pillows and a cozy throw blanket, a smart TV, and board games. For your convenience, Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are available. Street parking is available in designated areas, and 1 permit pass is provided for overnight parking in certain zones. The townhouse is in the Roosevelt neighborhood, located just north of downtown. This area offers a perfect blend of urban convenience and laid-back charm, allowing you to experience the true essence of Seattle living. At the heart of the neighborhood is Roosevelt Way, bustling with unique boutiques, trendy eateries, and cozy cafés. Green Lake Park is a short stroll away, offering scenic walking trails and picturesque picnic spots. With easy access to public transportation, Roosevelt is a great home base for exploring Seattle's major attractions, such as Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Nearby attractions include Woodland Park Zoo (9 min away), Washington Park Arboretum (10 min away), and the Seattle Art Museum (10 min away). There are no pets allowed at the property, and anyone found to have brought a pet will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. Parties or events are not allowed. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee of $500-$700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged, dependent on the size of the home. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. The parking permit should be displayed in your car during the stay and returned prior to departure.
