The pristine kitchen comes equipped with a range of stainless-steel appliances and spacious countertops, ensuring everything you need is there as you create delightful homemade dishes. The townhouse features three exceptionally comfortable bedrooms with premium pillows, linens, and sheets, as well as two full bathrooms and a convenient half bath stocked with everyday essentials. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV, board games, air conditioning (living room and master bedroom only), heating, and a washer and dryer. If you arrive by car, the home offers street parking in designated areas and 1 permit pass for overnight parking in certain zones. The townhouse is in the Roosevelt neighborhood, located just north of downtown. This area is considered one of Seattle's hidden gems, offering a perfect blend of urban convenience and laid-back charm, allowing you to experience the true essence of Seattle living. At the heart of the neighborhood is Roosevelt Way, bustling with unique boutiques, trendy eateries, and cozy cafés, making it an ideal spot for food lovers and shoppers. Green Lake Park is a short stroll away for those seeking nature, offering scenic walking trails, paddle boarding, and picturesque picnic spots. With easy access to public transportation, including the light rail, Roosevelt is a great home base for exploring Seattle's major attractions, such as Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and the University District. Woodland Park Zoo, Washington Park Arboretum, Seattle Art Museum, and the Museum of Pop Culture are all within a short drive. If you are flying in or out of Seattle, the best way would be at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Pets are not allowed. There are no parties or events allowed. Please enjoy the outdoor amenities, and adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking, or games) from 10 pm to 7 am daily. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. If the parking permit is not returned upon check out, a fee of $250 will be charged to cover the cost of a replacement permit. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500 and $700, and a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. If a pet is found on the property, a fine of $500 will be charged. Failure to adhere to outdoor quiet hours can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests, and we will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication.
