There is plenty of parking space available. The fenced-in yard is perfect for dogs, and while dogs are allowed with a pet fee, cats and other pets are not accepted. Dogs must be kept off all furniture and beds, fully housebroken, and cleaned up after outside. Being on the edge of the quiet Lawrence University campus is such a treat. The neighborhood offers great dining, music, and historic homes, making it a highly sought-after area. While the house is located on a quiet, low-traffic street, it's just a short walk to downtown, putting you in the middle of all the action. Uber and Lyft are available, and the city bus station is downtown. If you have a vehicle, there is plenty of parking in the driveway. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home, and violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine. No parties are allowed.
