The full kitchen is designed for shared meals and casual cooking, with a dining table for gathering. Indoor entertainment includes TVs and a game console, along with a cinema-style set-up ideal for movie nights. Fresh bed linens and ample storage help you settle in comfortably. A pool and spa are available, with optional heating for an additional $50 per day. A BBQ grill is provided on the patio/balcony. Free parking is available in a garage on the premises, with additional free street parking. This home welcomes one house-trained dog with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee of up to $150. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). It is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Check-out time is 10 AM. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence.
