The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal. Pets are welcome with a $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet's hair from the property. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Located on a quiet residential street of historic homes in the West End/Outskirts of Over-The-Rhine. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. Violating our rules may result in reservation termination. At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking ANYTHING indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
