The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses, a slow cooker, roasting pan, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, electric range, full-size refrigerator with freezer, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, knives, pots and pans, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of free off-street parking with two uncovered spots on the premises and ample free street parking. The fully fenced yard provides a private outdoor space. This home is pet-friendly, with dog-specific towels and blankets provided. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets and a $50 poop cleanup fee will be charged if not cleaned up after. Located in the heart of Sellwood, this home is within walking distance to bars, shops, and cafes. It's also a short 10-minute walk to Sellwood Riverfront Park. Providence Milwaukie Hospital is 1.7 miles away, Reed College is 2.2 miles away, and OHSU Hospital and Clinics are 2.7 miles away. Please note that the property is located next to a commercial street, and road noise can be noticeable at times; a white noise machine and box fans are provided. Smoking or vaping is permitted outdoors only, with a minimum charge of $500 for any indoor violations. Early check-in and late check-out requests cannot be accommodated. All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation, and written permission is required for additional overnight guests. Children under 13 must be supervised. A maximum of 8 people are allowed in the home at any time. For stays over 30 days, guests are responsible for restocking paper products and cleaning supplies once the initial supply runs out.
