This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. The large fan above needs to remain on at all times to circulate heat and air-conditioning in spaces with high ceilings. Dogs must not be on furniture or beds and should be crated or fenced when not accompanied by their owner.
