The property is 7 miles to Downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. Relax by the fire pit, use the Blackstone grill, and enjoy outdoor dining. Inside, find two large living rooms with Smart TVs, fireplaces, and seating, a sunroom with a piano, a fully stocked, large kitchen, and a formal dining room perfect for family gatherings. The house features five spacious bedrooms: King Suite, King bedroom, Queen bedroom, Queen and Twin bunk beds bedroom, and another King Suite, sleeping a total of 14 guests. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. The neighboring property is also a vacation home, and our guest services team can assist with booking both. The property is pet-friendly with a fee. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. A Queen-size air mattress can be set up in the living room to sleep two people. Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. You can walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
