This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to the stay. Step onto the screened-in porch and listen to the sounds of nature. As night falls, gather around the solo stove for s’mores under twinkling market lights, or enjoy outdoor games in the expansive backyard surrounded by trees. Enjoy direct access to the Snowbird adaptive trail leading to Bella Vista’s scenic back 40 bike trails right from the yard. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. No cats are allowed. Dogs must not be on furniture or beds and should be crated or fenced when not accompanied by their owner. The large fan above needs to remain on at all times to circulate heat and air-conditioning in spaces with high ceilings. The indoor fireplace is not intended for guest use.
