Enjoy direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs, and a washer and dryer on each floor, payable by app at $2 per load. The condo includes 2 complimentary parking spots per reservation with parking codes provided. Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 dogs (40lbs combined) and a pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other nearby attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. This property is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must be at least 22 years old to book, except for students and interns. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy.
