Skip the tiny hotel room and enjoy this 1,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. Washer and dryer facilities are available on each floor for $2 per load via app payment. The condo includes 2 complimentary parking spots per reservation. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) and a pet fee ranging from $100-300 based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. Located in the Showboat building, this condo offers an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are just downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is also right downstairs, offering arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other nearby attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. The property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The condo has a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required for incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver may be chosen.
