The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center.
