Grand Targhee Resort is just 25 minutes away, Grand Teton National Park is about 1 hour, and Yellowstone's West Entrance is approximately two hours away. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the home or on the decks, with an additional charge applied if butts are found on the property. No events or parties are allowed. Guests are asked to drive slowly in the neighborhood and to turn off exterior lights at night. A maximum of two licensed vehicles are permitted in the driveway and garages. No snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are allowed in the subdivision or at the rental property. Burning candles or incense is not permitted in the home. No fireworks on the premises. All main entry doors should be kept locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws.
