Ballard Ave is the key retail street, and if you stay here on Sundays, don't forget to check out the farmers market on Ballard Ave! This property has two separate houses (Front House and Back House) on the property, and this listing is for the Front House. Each rental has its own private entrance and does not share amenities, ensuring privacy. The yard is a shared space with other residents, so please respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of the back house guests.
