A winding palm-lined entrance leads you to this villa, which sleeps up to 8 people and is fully equipped to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. The villa features an elegant living room and dining room, decorated and equipped for formal occasions. An open concept kitchen, breakfast area, and family room offer all the comforts of home, with the family room overlooking the pool and deck area. The well-equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with built-in ice-maker, along with essentials such as cutlery, crockery, and glassware. The dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for eight people. The laundry room is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. The villa also boasts its own private south-facing heated pool, spa, and upgraded patio furniture. The resort charges $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle requires its own access card, and guests can pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit. A maximum of six vehicles are allowed per property. The resort facilities include an open-air heated pool, spa, sauna, multi-gym, a planned sundry shop and snack bar, and a meeting room for informal gatherings. In the internet café area, computers and video games are provided for guests' use. The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse, tennis courts, and a trail for walking, jogging, or biking through the community's natural woodland setting. Pool, spa, jacuzzi, and hot tub heat can be pre-booked for an extra fee. A genuine 5 minutes from Walt Disney World and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this 'island' serves as a haven from the outside world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination has to offer. You are so close to Disney that you can often view Epcot's fantastic evening firework displays from the 50ft long lanai. Universal Studios and Seaworld are just a short 20-minute journey. Emerald Island Resort is a luxurious gated resort community located in West Kissimmee, surrounded by conservation areas and encompassing over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres in the heart of the community. Parking motorbikes and cars aren't allowed in the garage. Motor vehicles, trailers, and heavy objects are prohibited in the garage as the floor is not strong enough to take their weight. The resort charges $20 per access gate card, non-refundable, and each vehicle requires its own access card. Guests can pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards ready upon arrival at the Gatehouse. A maximum of six vehicles are allowed per property.
