'Magical Manor' welcomes long-term stays and your furry companions too. Pool heat is available during the cooler months for $40 per night. Parking is available for a maximum of six vehicles per home at $20 per vehicle paid at the clubhouse during check-in. Four small vehicles will fit in the driveway. In anticipation of the fall season and the imminent trio of holiday celebrations, this 'Magical Manor' is adorned in festive finery, promising an unforgettable holiday celebration. Imagine toasting to your holiday under the cool Florida sky in the warmth of your private hot tub. Or, huddled indoors around a festively decorated dining space, indulging in a holiday feast prepared in the modern comfort of your private kitchen. And, let's not forget the diverse dining options on offer in Kissimmee. Relish the coastal delights of the Cape May Cafe, indulge in a hearty brunch at the Ovation Bistro & Bar, or experience the exciting nightlife at local bustling bars. Conveniently located near laundromats and grocery stores, catering to your everyday needs. Must be 25 or older to book. Maximum occupancy is 15. Upon agreeing to these rules you agree to the resort's as well. Once you check in you have 24 hours to inspect the property and notify the guest contact with concerns. These items will be addressed by maintenance or cleaning crew. If additional maintenance calls are necessary there will be a minimum service call fee of $50. Pets must remain on leash at all times in all spaces outside the home. Dog stations are located throughout the resort. Pool heat requires prior notice as it can take over 24 hours to heat properly. Spa is jetted and heats to 102F only after the timer has been activated. Maximum of six vehicles per home at $20 per vehicle paid at the clubhouse during check-in. Please park on the even side of the street in even months and the odd side of the street in odd months. Do not park in grass or block the sidewalk.
