If you are exploring the rest of Seattle, getting a car or Uber is a better option, and there is a dedicated parking spot with additional free street parking for this home. This property has two separate houses (Front House and Back House) on the property and this listing is for the Back House. Each rental has its own private entrance and does not share amenities. The outdoor area is a shared space with the front house guests. This is a pet-friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture or linens. Do not leave pets unattended and please pick up after your pets. Strictly no parties or events, quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home.
