This is a gated property with 24-hour onsite security. The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 to January 2026. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify if you will have access to your balcony during your stay. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children and infants.
