A pet fee of $100 to $300 will be collected separately based on stay length, with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed]. Located in Metropolitan Phoenix, Chandler embodies an active lifestyle with easy access to outdoor recreation with endless family fun, award-winning events, world-class golf facilities, and a vibrant downtown. Chandler visitors will enjoy the diverse community with its fabulous restaurants of every cuisine, premier shopping, arts and culture and a wide range of things to do all year-round. Ideally located close to different attractions, it is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere! Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. [SI]
