Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM; a late fee of $50 per hour will be charged. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests acknowledge that they may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with the rental agreement and condition of the booking.
