Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50/hr late fee. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old.
