Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the suite, and a $250 penalty applies if cleaners determine smoking has occurred. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST, with fees applicable for unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins. A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID, and verification selfie are required prior to arrival. Noise from neighbors' projects or renovations may occur during weekday daytime hours. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts for streaming services on the smart TVs.
