Step out onto the private, large balcony with seating for four and enjoy the views. Guests have mentioned seeing dolphins, sharks, manatees, and fish from the balcony. Toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee are provided. Enjoy access to the waterview pool and hot tub. Free shaded parking is available. This is a pet-friendly rental with a fee of $100 per stay. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, and guests need to add both pets to their reservation in advance. Located in a safe and quiet waterside area, this condo is directly across from a boat ramp and is just a 6-minute drive to the beach. The building is right next to a marina to park your boats, and the entrance to the Pinellas Trail is right across the street. Doc Fords rum bar is next door, within walking distance. Plenty of dining and bar options are nearby, including Cody’s Roadhouse, Glory Days Grill, Doe Doe’s Diner, Carrabba’s, The Joint, Harold Seltzer’s Steak House, Texas Roadhouse, Jungle Prada Tavern, Angry Pepper, Bonefish Grill, Longhorn Steak House, Marios at Madeira Beach, Salt Rock Grill, and Ricky T’s Bar and Grill. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside and outside the rental. A $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. No smoking is allowed inside the rental. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
