This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers an open layout with plenty of natural sunlight and a private balcony overlooking the water. The condo features a full kitchen with direct views of the water, an in-unit washer and dryer, and two TVs with an Amazon Fire Stick. Enjoy access to the waterview pool, hot tub, and fishing dock. Complimentary coffee is provided. An air mattress can be requested in advance. This is a pet friendly rental with a $100 fee per stay for up to 2 dogs. Guests need to add both pets to their reservation in advance and pick up after their pets inside and outside the rental. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner unless you have a private, fenced-in backyard. Free shaded parking is available. Located in a safe and quiet waterside area, this condo is right on Boca Ciega Bay and across the street from the entrance to the Pinellas Trail. Doc Fords rum bar is next door. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
