The private outdoor pool, with a seasonal heat option, is accompanied by a patio with loungers and outdoor seating, ideal for relaxed afternoons and evenings. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Failure to properly dispose of trash can result in fines up to $300.
