Two occupants are allowed per bedroom, with occupants considered anyone over the age of 3. One access item is issued per screened occupant. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed within the rental or within 20 feet of the building, with a $1,500 charge if discovered. Maintenance follows a service route each day and cannot be scheduled, except for tasks exceeding 2 hours. Technicians will not enter the property if there is a loose dog, so pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom.
