The condo does not offer a private balcony, but its large bay window can be opened to hear the sound of the Majestic Gulf of Mexico. Every floor has 2 common balconies with comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy. Free beach chair service is available from March 1 to October 31, 2025 (1 set, including 2 loungers and 1 umbrella). Guests must register at the HOA office upon arrival to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. The cost is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit card). The apartment has the perfect location within steps of Florida's white sandy beaches, fantastic nightlife, and dining. Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing. This property is for guests 21 years old and older. Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM during Spring Break and major holidays). Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (including children and infants of all ages). Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500. This property requires armbands to be worn at all times while on the property for safety.
