This property is for guests 21 years old and older. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum (including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection. This is a non-smoking and non-pet-friendly unit.
