The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for home-cooked meals, with a dedicated dining area for shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners. Step outside to your private pool, located just beyond the back door. The patio provides space to unwind, enjoy the grill, or spend time together outdoors. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Pool heat is available as an option for $35 per day. Located off State Road 192 and US 27, near I-4, the villa places you within easy reach of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Disney World is approximately 20–25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios a short drive further. As a guest, you’ll have free access to Windsor at Westside’s shared resort amenities, including a large resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, fitness center, and a clubhouse with arcade games and a bar and lounge. Sports courts, picnic areas, and BBQ spaces round out the experience, all within walking distance of the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to three cars may park on the designated area. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
