It's a perfect spot to enjoy the beach without the crowds, with everything you need within easy reach. You can walk to the beach in under 2 minutes and enjoy nearby attractions without needing a car. A short drive takes you to Fort Walton Beach or Destin. The island is flat and bike-friendly. Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. Guests are required to communicate their arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $50 early check-in fee applies if confirmed. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests must remove shoes inside the home. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed.
