The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed with premium linens and pillows, a dedicated office desk with an ergonomic chair, and ambient reading lamps. The second bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed with soft linens and pillows. Freshen up in a sparkling clean bathroom stocked with towels, hand towels, washcloths, and toiletries. Parking is hassle-free with one reserved spot and easy instructions for a smooth check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25/night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be imposed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour, subject to availability. A $500 late check-out fee applies for unauthorized delays. Lost or unreturned keys incur a $500 fee. If a party occurs, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property without refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. A $500 fine will be imposed for any signs of smoking. The guest needs to print their parking pass, and we do not assume responsibility for parking violations. Noise monitors are installed in the unit to measure noise levels. If tampered with, a fee will be charged. Regular pest control is conducted, but due to seasonal changes, occasional small bugs may be noticed. Early check-in/check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance. Keys must be kept on you as some stays have auto-locking doors.
