Essential toiletries, towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided in both bathrooms. Parking is available with one spot. The guest needs to print their parking pass. Centrally located near popular pubs, great restaurants, and local businesses, this apartment is the ideal base for exploring Phoenix. All guests must be 23 years old and above. For units that permit pets, pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals for a fee of $20 per pet per night. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee, no exceptions. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions. [SI]
