If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. For units that permit pets, pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee, no exceptions. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. There are security cameras in the hallways for security.
