Indoor dining areas accommodate group meals, while the open flow between kitchen and living spaces keeps everyone connected. Step outside to enjoy the private pool and hot tub, surrounded by patio seating. A BBQ grill makes casual outdoor meals part of the rhythm of your stay. Inside, the game room features favorites like a pool table, along with additional games and consoles. TVs throughout the home support movie nights and downtime. Practical touches like a washer and dryer and bathroom essentials help your stay run smoothly. Beach essentials are provided for day trips. Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. Located in the Windsor at Westside community, your stay includes access to resort amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, water park, lazy river, sports courts, and on-site dining options. Disney World is approximately 20-25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios also within easy driving distance. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. The garage has been converted into a game room; therefore, indoor parking is not available. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 am.
