This home features multiple living areas designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes a commercial-grade Viking stove and oven, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry and cooking space, a mini bar area, and a coffee maker (Keurig and drip). Enjoy the 65” Smart TV and indoor fireplace in the living room, along with a pool and ping pong table. The expansive backyard features a heated private pool, hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, outdoor patio/dining, BBQ grill, beach essentials (chairs, towels and toys), string lights, and bocce ball. The heated private pool is available for $125 per night and is recommended between October and May. At least a 3-day notice is required before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated, and the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay. Nearby attractions include McKinney Falls State Park (~8-9 miles away), Zilker Metropolitan Park (~10-12 miles away), South Congress Avenue (“SoCo” district) (~9-11 miles away), the Texas State Capitol (~11-13 miles away), and Barton Creek Greenbelt (~7-10 miles away).
