The dining area seats 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. Relax in the living area with a 55-inch Smart TV and a spacious sectional. Enjoy the private heated pool with a safety net, complete with sun loungers and patio seating. A BBQ grill is available for outdoor dining. This property offers free access to Paradise Palms Resort amenities, including a zero-entry water park pool with a slide, a children's splash pool and grotto spa, a poolside bar and cabanas (available for rent), an arcade room, a free movie theater, a fitness center, walking trails, and basketball, tennis, volleyball, and soccer fields. A pack and play, stroller, and high chair are available for children. Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $175 per dog. Pool heating is available for $35 per day and must be booked for the entire duration of the stay. A mandatory $15 handling fee applies for all packages delivered to the clubhouse. Paradise Palms Resort Complex is a well-maintained gated community centrally located to Orlando's major attractions. It is 8 miles to Animal Kingdom, 9.5 miles to Walt Disney World, 13 miles to Epcot, 11 miles to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, 11 miles to the Convention Center, 11 miles to Disney's Hollywood Studios, 14 miles to Disney Springs, 16 miles to Sea World, and 19 miles to Universal Studios. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 27 miles away. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and a $1,500 penalty fee will be charged for any violations or reported parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including all decks, porches, and steps, with a fine for odor removal if smoking occurs. Tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $1,000 fine. Lost keys have a $500 replacement fee. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
