The living room includes a sleeper sofa, a 50" flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress and a TV. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. A Pack n' Play or high-top chair is available upon request for $10 per night. For stays of 28 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. There is a $150 pet cleaning fee if you bring a pet, as other guests may be allergic. Public transportation is just a 3-minute walk away, providing easy access to Longwood Medical and downtown Boston. You can walk to nearby restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and cafes. Cleveland Circle, a 10-minute walk from the apartment, offers numerous shops, restaurants, drug stores, and cafes, along with a vibrant nightlife. Washington Square, less than a 10-15 minute walk away, is home to fantastic restaurants and bars. Brighton Center, about 1 mile from the apartment, is a bustling hub with stores, bars, bakeries, restaurants, and pubs. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a contract outlining basic house rules will be emailed after reservation confirmation. It is recommended to use public transportation as the best way to get around the city. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including information about the property. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days prior to arrival.
