Located in the highly sought-after Highlands Reserve golf community, the home offers a safe, quiet environment surrounded by palm-lined streets and well-maintained landscapes. The property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $500. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for professional cleaning. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. A late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest's arrival scheduled. Guests must abide by all community rules, including parking regulations and no events policy. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property for the entire term of stay booked for the reservation.
