Pets are allowed for an additional fee and must be requested in advance and be under 50 lbs. An initial supply of linens and consumables is provided, with additional available for a fee. Guests must sign a rental agreement before check-in. A $350 pre-authorization hold will be placed upon check-in to cover potential damages. Guests must provide a photo of a valid ID that matches the reservation name before receiving check-in instructions. Full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. No trailers, boats, RVs, campers, mobile homes, 4-wheelers, buses, box trucks, or commercial vehicles are allowed in the parking area; a $500 fine will be issued for violations. No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted, with a $500 fine and immediate removal without refund. Any noise complaint may result in a $500 fine and/or cancellation without refund. No indoor smoking is permitted; outdoor smoking is allowed at least 10 feet from the building, with doors and windows closed, and a $500 fine will be issued for violations. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and are not guaranteed.
