You are surrounded by top-rated dining, from inventive tacos at Taco Bamba to healthy fare at True Food Kitchen. Getting around from this centrally located location is incredibly easy, with a Walk Score of 93. You are just a short walk to both the Virginia Square and Ballston Metro Stations (Orange & Silver lines), offering a quick and direct ride to downtown Washington, D.C. Ballston Quarter, dozens of restaurants, and shops are just a short stroll away. Enjoy a run or bike ride on the famous Mount Vernon Trail along the Potomac River, just a short distance away. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and hot food bar is located nearby. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival. Signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in. Guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine. A party on the property is charged a $300 fine. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The cost is $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay. A lost FOB/Access Card replacement costs $250. A replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. [SI]
