Access to the Solara Resort clubhouse, water complex, and fitness center is included. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Set within Solara Resort, this home offers access to a range of resort features, including an expansive water complex with a wave simulator and splash pad, a grand clubhouse, sports courts, and a large fitness center. Nearby attractions include Disney World (7.6 miles), Universal Studios (21.7 miles), SeaWorld (16.5 miles), and Orlando International Airport (27 miles). Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 14 guests are allowed at any given time. The grill is a propane grill, and propane is provided by the guests; the propane tank cannot be guaranteed to be full upon arrival. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three per reservation, with up to one car in the driveway and two in the adjacent parking lot. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure.
