The outdoor area features a fully screened pool, perfect for cooling off under the Florida sun, and a hot tub for soothing soaks in the evenings. All pools are professionally serviced and maintained to ensure a pristine experience. Additional services include BBQ grill rental for $75 per week plus tax and pool heat for $35 per night plus tax, with a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heating is unavailable from June to September. Part of the luxurious Champions Gate Resort, this vacation home is set in a gated community known for its upscale living and vacation atmosphere. The area is characterized by beautifully landscaped streets, large vacation homes, and resort-style amenities, including lush golf courses and tranquil lakes. Despite its serene ambiance, the neighborhood is just minutes from popular tourist destinations, shopping centers, and dining options, with easy access to major highways like I-4. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and stay in the home throughout the booking. If this requirement is not met, the reservation will be voided without a refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with a penalty fee of $250 for any evidence found. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a non-refundable fee of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with contactless check-in and departure. Late check-outs are not allowed, as door codes deactivate at 10 AM. A maximum of 3 cars is permitted, and all drivers must be registered prior to arrival. No parties or events are allowed, and violations may result in cancellation without a refund. No cryptocurrency mining or electric vehicle charging is allowed on the property.
