Located in ChampionsGate, within the Four Corners area of Florida, this home offers easy access to major attractions. Guests also have free access to nearby resort facilities, including a community water park and amenity center. The Retreat at ChampionsGate offers endless opportunities for relaxation and family fun, championship golf courses, resort-style amenities, and convenient access to Orlando’s world-famous theme parks, including Disney World. Nearby Posner Park provides a variety of shopping and dining options, and easy access to I-4 and 27 makes getting around effortless. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
