The Retreat at ChampionsGate offers championship golf courses and resort-style amenities. It is expected that any mess and/or pet waste is cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Propane for the grill is usually provided by the guests. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
