This home offers everything you need for an easy, relaxing stay, featuring a fenced backyard, full kitchen, Smart TVs, and an open, welcoming layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware, pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with streaming apps. The cozy living room includes a sofa bed. There are two dining tables for work or meals. Enjoy Florida living in your private fenced yard with patio seating, a BBQ grill, and yard games. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided. An air mattress is available upon request. This home is close to the famous Sponge Docks, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, and local restaurants. It's 4 minutes to Sunset Beach, 10 minutes to Fred Howard Park, 20 minutes to Dunedin and Honeymoon Island, and 30 minutes to Clearwater Beach. It's also close to Publix. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Parties are not allowed. A maximum of five people are allowed at any time. Pets are not allowed (except for service dogs). Two vehicles may be parked in the driveway. Do not park boat trailers or campers. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. [SI]
