The garage is not accessible to guests and will remain locked during your stay. Boat trailers and campers won't fit in the parking space. Located just a 15-minute walk to the ocean and a 4-minute drive to Sunset Beach, this home is ideally situated for exploring nearby attractions. Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, and Palm Harbor are all a short drive away. Enjoy nearby dining options, with Jimmy's Neighborhood Restaurant less than 5 minutes away. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside, with a $250 penalty for violations. Parties are not allowed, and a maximum of five people are permitted in the rental at any time. Pets are not allowed except for service dogs. Noise from neighbors’ projects or renovations may occur during weekday daytime hours.
