Free parking is available in the driveway, but the garage is not accessible to guests. Boat trailers and campers won't fit in the parking space. Additional fees include a cleaning fee for maintenance and housekeeping, a service fee for secure transactions and 24/7 customer service, and a resort fee for amenities such as Wi-Fi and toiletries. Taxes such as VAT, city, and sales tax may apply. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 4% processing fee unless using Zelle, which is free. Located just a 15-minute walk to the ocean and a 4-minute drive to Sunset Beach, this home is perfectly situated for exploring the area. Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, and Palm Harbor are all a short drive away, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants, including Jimmy's Neighborhood Restaurant, less than 5 minutes away. Enjoy the convenience of being close to local attractions while having a peaceful retreat to return to. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and check-out is at 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the rental, and a $250 penalty will be charged if cleaners determine smoking has occurred. Parties are not allowed, and a maximum of five people are permitted in the rental at any time. Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs. Noise from neighbors' projects or renovations may occur on weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM, and no refunds will be issued for such disturbances.
