The living room offers a sofa bed, a 55" 4K HDR smart TV, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker plus essentials, electric kettle, hot and cold water, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed with fresh linens, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The bathroom is stocked with a shower/tub, wash basin and mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and basic toiletries. One dedicated parking spot is available. Guests will need to print the parking pass—details will be included in the check-in instructions. Pets are permitted with prior approval based on size and breed (service animals are always welcome) for a fee of $20 per night. There is a limit of two pets, and only cats or dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply to Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid. After a full day in the city, come back to a calm, comfortable space where you can relax and recharge. All guests must be 23 years old and above. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will apply. Noise monitors are installed in the apartment to measure sound levels (not conversations), and a fee will be incurred if they are tampered with.
