Each bedroom has a smart TV, and there is an indoor fireplace in the living room. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay. The heated pool is available for an additional fee of $100 per night and can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. At least a 3-day notice is required before arrival if you'd like the pool heated, and it must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Parking is available in the garage for a maximum of 2 cars. This home is just minutes from the Gulf Coast’s world-famous beaches, dining, and attractions. Nearby attractions include Florida Botanical Gardens, St. Pete Pier, The Dalí Museum, Great Explorations Children’s Museum, and Sky Zone Trampoline Park. Enjoy nearby restaurants such as Salt Rock Grill, Angry Pepper, Clear Sky on Park, Tripps Diner, and Mama’s Kitchen. The beaches of Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach, Redington Shores, Treasure Island Beach, and Clearwater Beach are also nearby. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. Includes a dedicated workspace in bedroom 1.
